We have used Peregrine Pest Control a couple of times now and they have been fantastic each and every time. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they do an excellent job. The customer service that has been provided to me is always top notch no matter who I’m dealing with. Jason was my service provider this year and he went above and beyond with his communication on when to expect him and how the services went when I was unable to be there. On his follow up appointment, he even helped me move my planters indoors so the herbs and vegetables wouldn’t be compromised. We will be using Peregrine again in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control.

Great Service that went above and beyond. We had a wasp nest in our basement wall. Henry from Peregrine arrived on time and treated it from outside (where the wasps were getting in) After about 5 days I looked for the nest inside the wall and found it 4 feet away from where the wasps were getting in. I called Peregrine back and Henry came again. He treated the nest from the inside and removed it (which was much appreciated)

Steven was very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail before we started. He patiently listened to what we had to say about our rodent problem, analyzed the situation and offered practical suggestions. He conducted a thorough walkthrough, and initiated to pull out the gas range in our kitchen and found a mouse hole in the wall! He also went up a ladder to check our drop-down ceilings at various spots. After placing the bait stations in strategic places inside the house, he walked around the outside of our property to check the walls, dryer vent, etc. He identified all possible entryways and gave advice on how to effectively seal them off. He will be back in 30 days to check on the bait stations and reposition them to focus on the high activity areas. We really appreciate Steven’s high standards of professionalism and his effective two-way communication skills.

They performed extra measures like crawling under my front deck to plug any entrance holes that mice might like to access. Fast, efficient service. The technician arrived very close to scheduled time, introduced himself, evaluated the house, explained how “mice” operate, demonstrated the bait traps he was setting up, the process of how the mice eat and return to the nest, precautions for pets in the house, explained how to clean up, what the timeline would be for their service, how they follow-up, evaluated potential home openings and put in place efforts to close potential openings, and generally reassured us without scaring us too much! The office explained the procedure and costs before I booked the appointment, and processed my payment. They have already followed up looking for a review/feedback. I think Peregrine has this service figured out! Happy to recommend.

Very polite, friendly and responded in a timely manner. We had a Crow stuck in the Chimney flu of our rental property. The technician was able to catch and release the bird unharmed. He very was sensitive to the situation realizing that the tenant was quite shaken by the circumstance. He acted in a very kind and compassionate manner!
